Transport

For most customers we arrange transport and invoice the costs to them. On request we can quote for delivery to your premises including transport insurance.
 

Delivery terms

The prices quoted are ex-works, not including packaging or VAT.
The currently valid delivery terms of the Austrian mechanical and steel construction industry apply. 
 

Guarantee

We provide a guarantee of 2 years for drive units, 12 months for frame components and 6 months for wear parts such as tyres, battery units, toe plates, grips/handles etc.
